Delivery
Tinnafashion does not carry delivery on its own, we order delivery within several freight company to carry deliveries for all of our customers.
Items will be dispatched and sent out in 4-5 business days after orders received and payment cleared. Tracking information will be sent by email once your order is dispatched.
Please usually allow up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to arrive from the time we dispatch (far country area will be extra time, please contact with freight company after receiving tracking information)
Tinnafashion are not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customer can arrange their own courier for picking up from our warehouse.
Tinnafashion guarantee that all products are brand new and in good condition. We are not responsible for goods damaged while in transit. Following our policy, our staffs must check products before dispatch. If customer receive damaged products, please contact with courier directly. If you need assist, you can contactwith our customer service and provide some digital pictures of the damage. Our customer service will help you to claim this issue to the courier. However, we cannot guarantee any results for the claim.
Insurance
We strongly recommend all customers to purchase INSURANCE which will cover damage or lost during delivery. For order placed without insurance, courier will leave the parcel in safe if no one be able to sign for the delivery. Please make sure you provide correct delivery address and contact phone number. We will only follow the address which is shown on the online payment system. Any address changing must be done by sending email to sales@tinnafashion.com
Exchange & Return
Some products sell from Tinnafashion are fragile and cannot be recovery. Due to these special conditions of the products, we do not accept return or exchange for changing mind of purchase for DISPLAY MANNEQUINS; DRESSMAKING DUMMIES AND SHOWCASES.
Tinnafashion have done best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
All the details (measurement, colors, materials and shape) of mannequins, jersey form, dressmaker dummy, wigs, racks and showcase are shown on our website. Please check the details of the item from our website to make sure the one you choose is the right size, color and shape you want. We do not response to swap or return product due to customer change mind of any reason. For the dressmaker dummy and Jersey form, if customer really needs to change the size, $50 for swap fee needed to be charged.
If customers are not satisfied with your purchase for quality reason, you may return the item within 7 business days of your order being received.(except display mannequins, dressmaking dummies, and showcases.) The products must be returned to us in their original condition, with the original packaging and product being exactly as it was when receiving it. If the returned product is in a noticeably used condition, then refund may not be offered. Please contact with our customer service before sending back the products. Our customer service will assist you to solve the problem.
Customer should be responsible for the return postage. We will refund to you the value of the product after the product is returned. Once we have received your returned product or the refund has been approved according to your issue, we will then send you either notification of receipt of your product and/or an email. The type of refund will be based on previous discussions, as to the type of problem. Customer will either receive a refund into your nominated bank account. Exchanges for the products must be advised to our customer service team within 7 business days or receipt of purchase.
We do not hold stock on Exchanges. Customer must also notify us within 7 business days from the date of your product being received from our warehouse of any damage or faults.
